A Christmas Tiki Cocktail [with [Pinup Palmer]

Guess who over-poured and what the ingredient was. It wasn't pretty. Earlier this week, Pinup Palmer visited The Breezeway to shoot a segment for her Christmas Special. She tasked me with crafting a cocktail, and here's the result: The Spikelikimaka (yes, I know how dumb the name is). Catch her show premiering this Saturday at 2pm PST‪@pinuppalmer‬ To make the Spikelikimaka: -------------------------------------- 1oz lime 3/4oz white grapefruit   1/2oz Aperol 1/2oz amaretto 3/4oz cinnamon syrup 1/4oz ginger syrup 1/2oz all spice 1 1/2oz pot still black 1/2oz 151 Demerara  2 dashes angostura bitters Shake with ice cubes and double strain into your finest crystal coupe.
