Lee takes us on a journey, sharing his life story of growing up in Port Author, Texas. We talk about his early life challenges of his parents divorcing and how the move to his grandparents created a peaking order he had to navigate and overcome. Lee's Australian journey commenced after joining the United States Navy as a 18-year-old. Lee shares the challenges and life lessons learned early in life as he faced moving and staring a new life in a in a new country. As we discussed his journey, we discovered the unique similarities to his grandparents' journey of moving to another place, starting a new life, while living the safety net and comfort of family and friends behind, to start over in a new place.
