Lesotho Constitutional Court in session in a case against King Letsie and Thabane
Proceedings have begun in the Lesotho Constitutional Court to hear an application in which the Attorney-General is suing King Letsie the third and Prime Minister Tom Thabane. The AG wants the appointment of the President of the Court of Appeal to be nullified. The court has allowed the proceedings to be televised live.
