And today was a very special day because we celebrated our son Gabriel's birthday 🎉❤️ I lovingly prepared a pavé, which is his favorite dessert, and I also decided to make homemade pizza dough and share the whole recipe with you all 🍕 We had stroganoff pizza, ham, mozzarella and pepperoni pizza, lots of good conversation, laughter and a simple moment, but full of family love 🥹❤️ And to make the night even more special, I received a beautiful Mother's Day gift from my son and daughter-in-law: a wonderful pitcher that I absolutely loved 🥰 It was a very pleasant evening here in the countryside, and I'm so happy to be able to share every moment with you all. ✨ HOMEMADE PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE ✨ ✔️ 1 egg ✔️ Half a tablespoon of salt ✔️ 3 tablespoons of sugar ✔️ 40 ml of oil ✔️ 500 ml of warm water ✔️ 1 sachet of dry yeast ✔️ 1 kg of wheat flour 👩‍🍳 The complete preparation method is shown in the video!
