Planting Spring Garden & Making Carpathian Cottage Cheese Gombovtsi 🥟🌱 Mountain Farm Routine

Spring is in full swing on our mountain farm, and today is one of the busiest days of the season! 🏔️✨ Join us as we handle a mix of heavy garden work, livestock care, and traditional cooking. First, I'm heading out to plant the onions. After a productive morning in the garden, it's time to step into the kitchen and make a true Ukrainian Carpathian delicacy — homemade cottage cheese Gombovtsi (ґомбовці) sweet dumplings! 🥟 We'll share a cozy family lunch together to recharge our energy. In the afternoon, the work continues! I'll be planting tomato and pepper seedlings, transplanting beautiful flowers into pots, and laying down landscape fabric (weed barrier) to protect our strawberry beds.
