Sage Intacct Construction now gives you more flexibility in how you release retainage, simplifying your vendor retainage workflow. In this quick demo, you’ll learn how the new Flexible Retainage Release feature works. Method 1: Release from the primary document Release retainage directly from the primary document by entering a single percentage across all invoice lines. This is especially useful when retainage is released in bulk. For example, half at practical completion and the other half after the defect period ends. Use less than 100 for a partial release Use 100 to release the remaining retainage balance Method 2: Release from the AP Retainage Release page Use this when line-level of detail or control is needed.
