We're in Aldeno, a municipality in the Adige Valley, to immerse ourselves in the aromas and secrets of mountain amaro. It all begins in the high meadows, where wild herbs grow freely, and expert hands harvest only what nature chooses to offer. Slow, respectful, ancient gestures.
