Ultra-Trail Snowdonia 100M | A brutal hidden gem

The UTS 100M race is definitely one that does not immediately come to people's minds when they think of Europe's most beautiful, challenging summer 100 mile trail races. But this is slowly starting to change with more & more international athletes visiting this beautiful corner of the UK with each edition of the race. The course presents many challenges throughout its 10000m of climbing and descending and which are bound to mentally break everyone - from the back of the pack to the elites at the front. Join me for an honest account of my first experience in the 100M racing distance.
