She states that she has been receiving harassment because the first episode of the show claims to be a true story. Martha stalks the main character of the show and commits various crimes that viewers think Fiona committed as well. Fiona Harvey is suing Netflix for $170M for defamation and IIED because she claims to have not done the things depicted in the show and she doesn't have a criminal record. Alec Baldwin's defense responds to the motion for Use Immunity for Hannah Gutierrez. They believe it should not be granted. There is a hearing set for June 21, 2024 regarding that motion.
