Krishnarao Jaisim is an architect and the former chairman of the Indian Institute of Architects, Karnataka Chapter. He has over five decades of experience in the field of architecture and was inspired by greats such as Buckminster Fuller, Koenigsberger and Geoffrey Bawa. Inspired by Ayn Rand’s “The Fountainhead,” he started Jaisim Fountainhead in 1970. Since then he has created and recreated innumerable homes, institutions and commercial enterprises. Krishnarao Jaisim's work has been featured in the New York Times, The Hindu, The Times of India, The Deccan Herald, and on HGTV.
