The blueberry compote isn’t just for the latte — it also makes a delicious whipped cream to go with the cheesecake. 🍫 Chocolate Basque Burnt Cheesecake Ingredients: • Cream cheese – 447g • Sugar – 100g • Cocoa powder – 8g • Espresso powder – 2g • Eggs – 3 + 1 egg yolk • Dark chocolate – 180g • Vanilla extract – 12g • Whipping cream – 240g Preheat your oven to 240°C Bake at 230°C (with fan) for 20 minutes — bake longer if you prefer a more set center.
