This song is used as a placeholder in the beta for courses that don't have their own music. While its original purpose is unclear, its internal file name suggests that it was possibly meant to be used for either Figure-8 Circuit or Mario Circuit at some point. Another possibility is that it was meant to be used as trailer/presentation music. This song was likely added early on in development as it's the third indexed sequence.
