Pamonha in a food bag, that's how I always make it and I've never had a bag burst. ⏩ Prefer to use the cob when the corn is already firm. ⏩ If the corn is very green, you can use up to 6 ears for these measurements. --------------------------------------------------------------- 📌 RECIPE INGREDIENTS 4 ears of corn (harder, not very young corn, as it doesn't work well); - Half a cup of milk 1 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of butter Cheese to taste (you can make it without cheese too). ⏩TIP You can add 2 tablespoons of cream cheese to this savory pamonha. ⏩To make the sweet pamonha with coconut, I use: 4 ears of corn 1 tablespoon of butter Half a cup of milk 1 pinch of salt 4 tablespoons of shredded coconut (I always use flaked coconut) 3 tablespoons of sugar ➡️I cooked it for 50 minutes. ⏩The same method and the same yield. ⏩But I only mix in the coconut after beating the corn dough.
