Tempered Ruiner Nergigante Vs. Slaplance - MHW:IB - 歴戦の個体 悉くを殲ぼすネルギガンテ ガンランス ソロ【MHWI】

I had a lot of fun recording this. It only took me a few tries to get this time too, showing I'm not rusty with Slaplance, and that I still know how to fight this thing. Slaplance is my single favorite playstyle in Iceborne. I didn't play it near 1300 times like Hammer and Hunting Horn, but I still prefer it to both. I really miss it and I wish it was still as strong in Sunbreak and that Gunlance's endlag on some of its moves, the distance covered by the running thrust, and wyrmstake, weren't all nerfed. The Fatalis Gunlane is the single strongest weapon in Iceborne, it caps at the highest raw, 370, without counting in augments. Ruiner Nergigante can be fun to fight but I don't think it is a well designed fight at all. Between the roar spam and slams, and some of its absolutely instantaneous moves it can use sometimes (the right arm scrap and the left arm slap + slam, both he didn't use in this run at all thanks to my positioning). There's also the fact that it is very easy to topple and flinch if you play well, though this is more a problem running with almost every monster in World and Iceborne. I do wish Nergigante could come back and made much stronger, and getting rid completely of that mechanic of breaking its white spikes. Or keep it but only allow a topple if you break all of them ; not just one. The thing I love the most fighting this thing though will forever be that deliciously crusty sound when you attack its spikes. #monsterhunter #monsterhunterworld #iceborne
