There are 3 walking tracks to get to the Summit. 1.Main Range Walk from Charlotte Pass (22km return) 2. Mount Kosciuszko Summit Walk (18.6km return) 3. Kosciuszko Walk from Thredbo In this video you will see the 3rd option which is a 13km return (4-5 hours). DON'T FORGET TO APPLY SUNSCREEN AS IT IS MORE LIKELY TO GET SUNBURN IN COLD WEATHER CONDITIONS. Track starts from Thredbo Village where you can get a scenic chairlift ride to get 1,927m above sea level. Tickets for the chairlift ride can be purchased online or on site.
