A Trick to make your SideKick Better
In this video I discuss a common mistake performed by most kickers. The error is under chambering their sidekick. this results in the extension of the foot moving in an arching motion as opposed to a linear path. this leads to the strike being more dispersed and the path of the striking too being more likely to encounter an obstacle.
