Webinar Series: Future Made in Australia Innovation Fund - Green Metals

In February 2026 we hosted a webinar series on the recently launched Future Made in Australia (FMA) Innovation Fund. The FMA Innovation Fund supports home grown ideas and new technologies that will help Australia reach net zero emissions. Up to $1.5 billion in grant funding will back industry led innovation and deployment across 3 priority areas: Green Metals Renewable Energy Technology Manufacturing Low Carbon Liquid Fuels. This webinar introduced the Green Metals priority area of the Program, which aims to support first of a kind solution development and/or acceleration of commercial scale production of green metals, including low and net zero emissions production of metals such as iron, steel, alumina and aluminium.
