After the unsuccessful campaign to Algiers in 1541, Emperor Charles V returns to Spain, where he is reunited with his daughters, Maria and Joanna, and his son and heir, Prince Philip. s01e14 'Carlos, Rey Emperador' is a Spanish TV series about the life of Charles of Habsburg, Holy Roman Emperor and King of Spain, the most powerful man in his time.
