Today I'm bringing you an explosive Hybrid HIIT session where we combine targeted strength training for your glutes with power intervals on a spinning bike. 🍑 We'll be working at 80% resistance on the bike, but with a vital technical detail: heel pedaling. This drastically increases the activation of the posterior chain and the gluteus maximus. To do this workout, all you need is a chair and your bike. WORKOUT STRUCTURE (3 Blocks / 3 Exercises): ⏳ 30" of intense work + 30" of active rest (Spinning at 80%). ✅ Warm-up: 3 minutes of joint mobility and activation exercises. ✅ Block 1: Straight leg raise to the rear (focus on gluteus maximus). ✅ Block 2: Lateral leg raise (focus on gluteus medius and abductors). ✅ Block 3: Diagonal leg raise with toes pointed inward (maximum isolation). 📖 WANT MY COMPLETE METHOD?
