Make a well at the center 2. Pour the condensed milk (390 gms.) 3.Add water (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp only) (add another 1 Tbsp. If needed) 4. Mix all together until combine. 5. Do the Press and Fold mixing procedure . 6. As it form into a cookie dough, get a portión and form into a thin log. 7. Cut and weigh into 19 gms each; 8.
