ART GCSE GRADE 9 (A**) SKETCHBOOK TOUR - (REALLY HELPFUL!)

I found all of the coursework and preparation for the final piece really enjoyable even though it did take up a lot of my time. I spent a lot longer doing my Art than my other subjects but this is not something that you have to do to get a good mark, however, it does help! The key to Art GCSE, in my opinion, is knowing how to manage your time as you could spend 5 hours creating a painting that doesn't actually advance you any further in the process than you were before you did it. It is important to keep moving forward and building on your ideas as this way, you will end up with the most original ideas and creations. To summarise, Art is a really fun GCSE but don't be mislead, it isn't easy by any means and requires a lot of work. It isn't the 'easy option!' If you are willing to put that work in, it will be a great subject for you. Thanks so much for watching! ☺️
