常磐線全線復旧　下り特急一番列車「ひたち3号」仙台行＠柏駅　感動の列車到着アナウンス 　2020-3-14

Today, March 14th, marks the day the Joban Line was fully restored and reopened. I'm originally from Sendai City and currently live along the Joban Line, so I have a special attachment to Sendai and the Joban Line. I applied for a reserved seat ticket on February 14th to ride today's first outbound limited express train, the Hitachi No. 3, but wasn't able to get one, so today I went to Kashiwa Station to photograph the Hitachi No. 3 departing and arriving. There was a moving arrival announcement on platform 4 at Kashiwa Station as the train arrived. I wanted to applaud, but couldn't because I was holding my camera. Nine years after the earthquake, the entire line has finally been restored. I salute the efforts of all involved. To everyone currently riding the Hitachi No. 3, enjoy your trip to Sendai!
