Trains at St Erth, CML - 17/2/18

Welcome to Episode 2 of Rover! Here I am at St Erth on the Cornish Main Line and junction for the St Ives Bay Line. Services are seen here by Great Western Railway only. St Erth was a very enjoyable station indeed, from its semaphore signalling to its very pretty platform layout, it really is a station to behold. I like the fact you don't have to wait as long for a train here because of the frequency of the St Ives Branch Line. Positive points I could add are good semaphore signals, lovely platform layout, lovely surrounding scenery, stunning views over the footbridge, lovely cafe and some great trains to film. Negative points include how small the St Ives platform is so it is hard to navigate through even with various access points to it, there are still larger gaps in trains and the ticket office closes far too early.
