A Reminder From River

You don't want to forget. keep sitting:    • Sitting With The River   Most every day, we come to the river and sit in quiet meditation, sometimes more than once, and we invite you to join us. Every video is uniquely recorded every day. No fancy microphones or audio processing, you will hear passing voices, traffic, airplanes, other sounds. We're not trying to capture the sound of a river, there are plenty of sound banks for that. We’re here to share unique moments in time which we would like to spend sitting in stillness with you, to find calm, to find peace, to find zen, and to listen for the voice of our Spirit, Source, or God.
