[High Rise] Lift Tour Of The Elevators At Block 275 Carpark, Block 273A/B & 275A Natura Loft Bishan

Date Filmed: 16 June 2026 As There Is Brand New Mitsubishi Elevator Located In The Area Of The Bishan Surroundings, I Decided To Go There and Check It Out. This Place Isn't Located Very Near To The Bishan MRT Station So You Would Have To Take The Bus To Get To Natura Loft. This Place Is Located Also At Bishan Street 24 Which Is Near Ang Mo Kio Or Somewhere Else. So Then, If You Want To Know Which Bus Service Is Nearer To This One, It Is Bus Service 13, 133, 162, 410W and 52. The Nearest Bus Stop Is Bishan North Shop Mall Bus Stop and Walk 5 Minutes and Then You Will See This Tall HDB Flat Natura Loft. This Tall Nice HDB Flat Of Natura Loft Was Being Completed In 2011 With Their Sigma Elevators Last Time Since The Sigma Elevators Were Installed With 3 Lifts In One Block Each When The HDB Flat Was Launched Since 6 October 2011 While I Was Exploring These HDB Flats! These HDB Flats Were Quite High, Which Were 40 Floors Altogether! The 40 Floor Building Looks To Be Very Tall Since I Could See The Highest Floor Especially When I Get Out Of The Elevator At The 40th Floor To See The View, I Could See Bishan Train Depot Very Far Down. The Natura Loft Bishan HDB Flats Has 3 Blocks Altogether, Which Were Block 273A, 273B and 275B While The Block 275 Is Actually The Carpark Area. By The Way, This Place Doesn't Need Keycard To Come Here So Then These Elevators Were Totally Public Elevators Which Can Be Use For Very Free. The Elevators Could Go Up Very Fast Like Around 5 Metres Per Seconds When I Try Out Getting Full Ride From The Bottom Floor To The Top Floor Without Stopping Mid-Way. The Reason Was Actually Because I Came Here In The Off-Peak Period, To Avoid Getting Crowded In Lift During The Peak Hours Period Especially In The Evening Peak. But, There Is Something Quite Seriously Happen To These HDB Flats. One Big Problem Is The Main Elevators In The Tall HDB Flats. The News Have Been Mentioned That The Sigma Elevators Are Getting To Replaced By The Brand New Mitsubishi Elevators Since The Sigma Elevators Have Frequent Breakdown. So Then The HDB Flats Have Decided To Replace The Elevators To Mitsubishi For Comfortable and Less Breakdown For These Elevators. The Sigma Elevators Were Short-Lived, Since The Elevators For Sigma Were Over 15 Years Of It's Aging When I Filmed Them. When I Filmed The Lift B Block 273A and Block 273B Ones, I Filmed Lift B Is That The Lift Cab Floor and The Side Parts Were Being Wrapped With Plastic Parts and The Lift Was Still In Good Condition. But Then For Lift C, I Took It For Block 275A Only Since The Lift C At Block 275C Was Idling At Basement Floor For Some Time Which I Started The Lift Ride At The Basement Parking Floor. The Lift Replacement Begin Since December 2025 - Where Lift A Actually Started First and The Replacement Works Were Completed In End-May 2026. The New Mitsubishi Elevator Started Operation Since The Near Mid-June 2026 For All 3 Tall HDB Blocks So I Guess That Elevator Was Actually Way More Faster Then The Original Sigma Lift. The Lift B For Bishan Natura Loft Will Start To Replaced Into Mitsubishi From 1 July 2026, Meaning That The Two Elevators At The Side Like Lift A and C, Would Be Very Busy In The Future Since More People Are Going To Use The Elevators. The Lift B Will Finish Replacement Most Likely By End-2026 Or Early-2027 and Then Lift C Would Start Next Year For Most Likely. Comparing Between The Sigma and Mitsubishi, The Sigma Has Square Button While The Mitsubishi Has Circle Buttons With Beep Sounds. The Lift Cab For Mitsubishi Is More Modern and Made From Thailand. Note: Block 275 Carpark Lift Is Additional Installation.
