3 Level D1 Scoring Workout | Improve your guard skills and Touch
What's good with y'all, in this vid I just go through my typical scoring workout as a former D1 hooper and current pro. This workout is a mix of finishing, dribble combos, and a variety of shots that every high level guard needs to have in their bag. Doing this workout 3 to 4 times a week will exponentially increase you call handling and shooting off the dribble. It's a rather quick workout but to be honest you shouldn't be spending more than an hour and 15 if you are working out by yourself.
