Grocery stores with long lines extending all the way back into clothing sections of the store and shelves beginning to empty. Gas stations are crowded with people filling fuel jugs. Home sandbagged not only the first story but the second story entrance in a surge prone area. The area is under hurricane and storm surge warnings and parts of New Orleans East are under evacuation orders.
