Thìn Bệu fresh Beer - Now you can find Bia Hoi all over Ha Noi, but I had to try this place after I saw another Vietnamese food review mention how good the food was. So this place is pretty far from old quarter but worth the journey if you want a more relaxed setting with the locals. The tables are spread out, it's chilled out vibes, the owner was amazing, and the demographic seems to be more college ages kids.
