Garabandal: la Luz Sobre el Celemín

The Virgin Mary in #Garabandal powerfully illuminates the #Church in difficult times. Pilgrims agree: the PRESENCE OF THE VIRGIN is felt here. GOD continues to pour out abundant graces here. However, Garabandal remains a source of conflict. From the beginning, there were DOCTORS and PRIESTS both for and against it. Some tried to hide this light, just as they once hid the light of Divine Mercy, St. John of Ávila, and Padre Pio with condemnations that were later overturned. Garabandal was initially judged negatively due to haste. But the hierarchy's position changed in subsequent years. In fact, the BISHOPS have ALWAYS and UNANIMOUSLY affirmed that the Garabandal apparitions "contain an exhortation... in traditionally praiseworthy forms": "there is nothing against dogma or morality" (Bishop Beitia, 1965; Bishop Cirarda, 1970). History is putting everything in its place. In fact, on June 18, 2021, the 60th anniversary of the beginning of the apparitions, we see that Garabandal is touching more and more souls; with ever-increasing force. A pediatrician from Santander, Dr. C. Ortiz, after recognizing the visionaries, uttered words that many in Garabandal now embrace: "To remain silent would be scientific cowardice. We find no convincing [natural] explanation for such phenomena." Today, on the 60th anniversary of the apparitions, the Virgin Mary awaits our response.
