This week I've built the brand-new LEGO Speed Champions Hoonicorn (77262), released on 1st June, and I absolutely loved it. As a huge fan of Ken Block and everything he achieved with the Hoonigan brand, this set felt like much more than just another Speed Champions release. It feels like a brilliant tribute to one of the most iconic cars in motorsport and automotive culture. The Hoonicorn is instantly recognisable with its aggressive stance, wide bodywork, and unmistakable Mustang silhouette. While LEGO has made a few compromises compared to the real car, they've captured the spirit of the Hoonicorn perfectly. What I loved: 🔥 Instantly recognisable Hoonicorn styling 🔥 Fantastic wheel design and stance 🔥 Great display model for motorsport fans 🔥 Fun and straightforward build experience 🔥 A brilliant tribute to Ken Block The set isn't a perfect replica, but it doesn't need to be. The moment you see it, you know exactly what it is. For me, this is one of the strongest Speed Champions releases in recent years and a must-buy for fans of Ken Block, Hoonigan, drifting, Gymkhana, or simply cool cars.
