Pizza Chef Tries 72 Hours of Watermelon… Almost Quit

I ate nothing but watermelon for 72 hours… and as a Pizza Chef, this was not easy. After trying (and struggling through) 2 days before, I wanted to push it further and see what would actually happen over a full 3-day watermelon-only detox. No meals, no snacks—just watermelon. Day 1 felt easy… Day 2 hit hard. By Day 3, things got interesting. From low energy and serious cravings to a few unexpected moments, this challenge turned into more of a mental battle than I expected—especially being surrounded by great food I couldn’t touch.
