Across these stories, the same pattern keeps appearing: Education is increasingly being treated as long-term infrastructure. We are seeing: • institutional capital competing for high-quality school assets • developers embedding schools into residential communities • UK heritage brands expanding into the Gulf • UK prep schools joining domestic groups • transnational education becoming part of national export strategy The sector is not only expanding.
