Not because they haven't studied, but because they haven't prepared for the exam. How do you answer? What order do you follow? What happens if you get stuck? At Ninja Training, we're clear that exam day is not something you can improvise on. Here's a clear and tested strategy to tackle the first test of the selection process with a clear head. Let's start with the basics: what we're up against. 140 minutes for 138 questions. Four blocks: spelling (5+1), grammar (5+1), general knowledge (100+5), and English (20+1). The goal? Pass all four. Only 21% of those who apply achieve this. And if you pass everything, you're already among the best. So, step one: pass everything. Step two: get the best possible grade so you don't miss out on the ranking. To achieve this, we recommend the 4-round protocol: 1. Reconnaissance lap (2-3 min). Flip through the pages quickly. Check that the exam is printed correctly. See if the questions are grouped by topic or mixed together, if the sentences are long or short, and if they clearly indicate what is being asked (such as "point to the incorrect one"). This initial scan allows you to adapt your strategy on the fly. 2. Second round (about 80 min). Go for the easy ones. Answer spelling, grammar, English, and the knowledge questions that you know by heart. These are the ones where you see the answer and already know the answer. Don't get stuck: if you have doubts, move on to the next one. Your priority here is to pass all four tests as quickly as possible. Every easy question you leave for later will mean wasting time twice. 3. Third round (approximately 30 minutes). It's time to tackle medium-difficulty questions. Those where you're hesitating between two options or that sound familiar but you're not entirely sure. This is where you start earning real points for the ranking. 4. Fourth round (another 30 minutes). The hardest. Questions where you're hesitating between several options or nothing at all sounds familiar. This is where you decide whether you'll take the plunge or leave a blank. Important: leaving a blank doesn't mean losing. The dangerous thing is failing easy questions, because they can cost you a lot of places. The key is that the exam is a multiple-choice test. And you have to train accordingly. On our platform, you have simulations, exam mode, statistics, and more than 1,000 questions per block. Everything is focused on the Civil Guard. Plus, we give you study techniques integrated into each class, so you don't just memorize, but do it methodically. Remember: this isn't improvised. You have to practice the protocol as many times as necessary until you master it. It's not enough to know the syllabus. You have to know how to play the exam. Because any information you don't remember at the time doesn't count. If you want to prepare with us, at Ninja Training you have access to everything from the very first minute: Civil Guard, National Police, Penitentiary Institutions... no blocks, no cheating.
