In this video, I travel through Mexico City without a very clear plan, coffee in hand, letting myself be guided by the streets. First, I hop on a cycle rickshaw downtown, where I meet Cristian and some Venezuelans who tell me how they make an honest living in Mexico. Then I stumble upon a place serving Oaxacan food and try a huge plate, bursting with flavors, textures, and salsas that make me understand why Mexican cuisine is one of the most powerful in the world.
