When Guitar Pedals Are THIS Inspiring… What happens when you stop thinking about guitar pedals as “effects”… and start using them as creative instruments? In this video I explore the Hotone FreqLux and Verbera pedals to create huge cinematic guitar textures, synth-like sounds, ambient soundscapes and layered atmospheric tones — all using a regular guitar and my Fractal Axe-Fx III Turbo rig. The FreqLux is a seriously creative modulation and pitch-shifting pedal that can push guitar into completely different territory… from organ-style textures to harmonised synth sounds and evolving soundscapes.
