It is expected to feature 24GB of GDDR7 memory, a 50% increase from the 16GB of the existing RTX 5070 Ti model. On the other hand, memory speeds remain at the same level as the previous model, with a memory bus of 28Gbps, a memory bus of 256-bit, and a bandwidth of 896GB/s. This 24GB configuration was made possible by utilizing 3GB/24Gbit GDDR7 modules without major changes to the printed circuit board (PCB) or memory bus design.
