Kentang Goreng Salad 煎馬鈴薯沙拉
Resep sederhana 簡單的食譜. Kentang Goreng Salad 煎馬鈴薯沙拉 Pertama cuci bersih kentang dan rebus matang. Sisihkan. Campur 200g tepung terigu, 50g tepung beras, Royco 1/2sdm, sedikit merica bubuk, 1 butir telur, dan sedikit air hingga merata. Adonan jgn terlalu encer agar mudah digoreng. Kentang yg tlh digoreng, buang tengahnya, lalu sisahannya kentang potong2 kecil. Tambahkan sedikit daging dada ayam rebus, daun bawang, seledri cincang, telur rebus, daun selada, tomat, merica bubuk, bawang goreng, sedikit gula, dan pasta wijen. Aduk merata dan isikan campuran tersebut ke dalam kentang goreng. Kentang Goreng Salad sederhana sdh siap. 先煮成熟清洗的馬鈴薯. 備用. 麵粉200克, 白米粉50克, 雞精粉半湯匙, 一些胡椒粉, 雞蛋1個, 清水一些攪拌均勻, 別太稀比較好煎, 煎好的馬鈴薯去掉中間, 然後把剩下的切小小塊, 加些煮熟的雞胸肉, 蔥花, 芹菜, 煮熟的雞蛋, 生菜, 番茄, 胡椒粉, 煎蔥頭, 一些白糖, 芝麻醬, 攪拌均勻, 填入煎好馬鈴薯裡, 簡單易做的煎馬鈴薯沙拉就做好了.
