Several families in the Causeni district have woken up in recent days with police officers at their doorsteps. Law enforcement officers have carried out information campaigns dedicated to the elderly, pensioners and vulnerable families, explaining to them how they can avoid falling into the net of scammers. The campaign is taking place in the context of almost daily calls to the 112 service, through which residents of the Causeni district announce that they are being contacted by phone by people trying to defraud them.
