This practice lasts approximately 46 minutes and is designed for intermediate yoga practitioners. This is an active flow class with strength elements, plank variations, chaturagas, balancing poses, and Kamatkarasana. The practice helps develop strength, stability, coordination, and a better sense of body awareness through more intense work. Through breathing and movement, we gradually warm up, engage the internal rhythm of the practice, and approach a more focused, strong, and expressive form. The culmination of the class is Kamatkarasana – a pose that combines support, opening, balance, and internal energy. This practice helps: • develop strength and endurance • improve coordination and balance • strengthen contact with the body and breath • open the chest and shoulder girdle • activate inner resources and a sense of focus 🌿 Recommendations Move gently and focus on how you feel. This is a fairly intense practice, so it's important to maintain contact with the breath and body, rather than trying to complete the form at any cost. If at any point it becomes too intense, reduce the range of motion, take a break, or choose a simpler variation. ⚠️ Contraindications • Acute inflammatory processes • Recent injuries or surgeries • Cardiovascular diseases • Injuries to the knees, feet, hips, shoulders, wrists, elbows, or lower back • Severe pain in the spine or joints • Limitations or pain in the thoracic spine • Exacerbation of chronic diseases • Pregnancy • Severe psycho-emotional disorders • The practice is not recommended during the first three days of the menstrual cycle • The practice is not recommended immediately after meals (preferably after 2-4 hours) Please do not perform asanas through pain or exceed your limits.
