In this talk, Queen shares the ingredients for leadership and her passion. 1. Ingredient- Role models, clarity of leadership agenda, leadership model, self refection. 2. My passion is my vehicle- Leadership Coaching. Queen is the founder of Tsheto Leadership and Coaching Academy, previously known as Tsheto Educational Services. She has been a coach and mentor since 1983, in her first teaching role. She qualified as a workplace coach and mentor in 2004 and as a Consciousness Coach® in October 2006. Her passion for people development has therefore evolved from teaching to mentoring and coaching. She believes that every leader is a coach. Her coaching methodology has a very strong influence of both the Consciousness Coaching Model, and the Gibs V-GROWTH Models. They provide structure and a very strong commitment to coaching the client’s relationship to issues, and this is where powerful shifts lie, and this is how her clients grow and achieve results that exceed expectations. She has developed and published Self-Leadership tools: Diary, Journal, Cards and App that support the client to stay focused and creating outside the coaching sessions.
