This time, I'll be discussing what to pack in a carry-on backpack for a round-the-world trip, rather than checking it in as luggage. I'll share my thought process and what I pack. I've considered what to pack so that I can manage for at least one day if my suitcase gets lost or my flight is delayed. One day is enough time to acquire necessary items locally, so I need enough to get by for a day. I've prepared a day's worth of underwear, socks, a T-shirt and shorts (for staying at a hotel), a sample of basic skincare products, and a toothbrush. I really hope my suitcase doesn't get lost! I'll keep a notebook with accommodation addresses and phone numbers in my backpack, not my suitcase.
