The annual religious extravaganza of Taiwan, the "Dongshan Welcoming Buddha" festival, is here! This time, I won't be a typical pilgrim; instead, I'll take you through the lens of Master Baojing from the "Dawan Jingfa Temple" to explore this legendary ancient incense-burning route, a journey of over 10 hours, where every household sets up altars and sets off firecrackers to respectfully welcome Buddha! Recording Time: March 25-26, 2026 This is the third year I've recorded the Dongshan Buddha Welcoming Ceremony. Thanks to Buddha's blessings, the videos from the previous two years were quite long, but the response was excellent. If this year's videos also reach 10,000 views, I'll seriously consider whether to carry hay for the horses as a form of thanksgiving next year.
