The purpose of 60000 cycles is to minimize level loading times: I don't use max cycles (which is the norm for this game's speedrunning and would far exceed 60k) because excess cycling combined with the DOSBox recorder could possibly produce external lag and I try to avoid that as much as possible. Start time has a 0.50 delay and begins immediately after exiting the difficulty selection game to enter the game. End time is when the QED (giant glass ball at the very end of the run) breaks. There are a few mistakes here and there, some obvious to anyone, some less-so. I will say that my current "best-of" time (that is, the combination of all my best level times ever) is only barely under 15 minutes, so this is a good run by those standards. I'm very happy with how it turned out in general, since there are a lot of pretty cool stunts I pull off: ironically, some said stunts wouldn't be there had I performed better.
