Making a Mobile Anvil Stand | 265lb Fisher Anvil + 200lb Base

The ship shop needed a workbench, so I made a mobile anvil stand for our Lady Fisher. Seeing as the anvil is my favourite work space, I wanted it to be heavy duty enough to support the 265lb Fisher anvil, and moveable so I can stow it when not in use.
