The Rockingham County Manager’s Recommended Budget for Fiscal Year 2026–2027 is now available online for public review. This recommended budget serves as a comprehensive financial plan outlining proposed funding for County departments, programs, and services that support our community each day. Each year, the County Manager’s Office works alongside finance and budget staff to develop a responsible spending plan designed to meet the needs of Rockingham County while being mindful of taxpayer resources.
