After exploring the reasons why I had found it difficult to live and why my life was not going well for many years, I was diagnosed with a developmental disorder (ASD/Asperger's syndrome/Autism spectrum disorder) at the age of 40. Receiving this diagnosis helped me to unravel a lot of things. In this YouTube channel, I share my experiences and thoughts as an adult with a developmental disorder.
