1957 Dodge Texan The Dodge Texan was available for the 1956 through 1958 model years. The car wore unique "Texan" badges and was available only in the state of Texas. It is unknown how many were produced. The small number built and having only been available in one state means this is a very rare car. I purchased this car out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and brought it back home to North Carolina. I was born in Texas myself and am a Texan, so I have always wanted to own one of these rare, finned Dodges! This video is the first good look at the car after getting it home to NC. I didn't bore y'all with the long 15 hour drive out and back. Nothing to see other than traffic jams and long Interstate 40 driving. We take a quick look inside and out of this Dodge.
