Mark - Introduction – Simon Elliott

We will give ourselves an overview / introduction to Mark's gospel and see why such an overall understanding is helpful. We will ask the standard questions we would ask if we were in college studying a gospel: Who wrote it? When did they write it? Why did they write it? And then we will ask the questions that disciples should always ask: Why do the answers to these questions matter? How does it equip me to live in the good of my identity and calling as an image bearer and a Kingdom bringer?
