Here I build a steel cabinet using 1.25" x .375" cold rolled bar, the glass is rippled wired safety glass .25" thick. The steel panels are 11g hot rolled sheet. The wood bottom and backing are 11ply .75" baltic birch. The bullet hinges are 4" x .625" final dimensions of the unit are 16" deep x 28" high x 70" wide When I decide what to use it for, I will make the shelfs attach to the Plywood backing panel ...i know my welds need work.
