Mower Engine Running Rough? How I Fixed It & Time Saving Advice

My mower was running like junk, so I went ahead and replaced the fuel filter, the fuel pump, and even the entire carburetor. After all that work and money, the engine was still doing the exact same thing. The Culprit? A set of "no-name" spark plugs with only 20-30 hours on them.
